Good Guys Diamond Board is a RV slide out subfloors built to commercial standards with quality materials. We start with cabinet grade sheeting sanded smooth with minimal blemishes and layer it in a cross grain pattern, laminating it with industrial strength waterproof adhesive. Next, it is sealed in a vacuum chamber for 24 hours at a pressure equal to 1 atmosphere. This removes moisture and pulls the adhesive into the pores of the wood. Then, We cut a full-length 65-degree bevel matching the needed angle for standard slide out subfloor replacement material. Finally, We coat the entire board in a moisture-resistant sealer for shipping and storage purposes.
