        Good Guys Diamond Board is a RV slide out subfloors built to commercial standards with quality materials. We start with cabinet grade sheeting sanded smooth with minimal blemishes and layer it in a cross grain pattern, laminating it with industrial strength waterproof adhesive. Next, it is sealed in a vacuum chamber for 24 hours at a pressure equal to 1 atmosphere. This removes moisture and pulls the adhesive into the pores of the wood. Then, We cut a 65º bevel the full length of the board matching the needed angle for standard slide out subfloor replacement material. Finally, We coat the entire board in a moister resistant sealer for shipping and storage purposes.

       Specifications: It comes in 13’x47”x1” or 13'x47"x3/4" and 16’x47”x1” or 16'x47"x3/4" sheets. The 47” width is to the tip of the 65º beveled edge. The 1” or 3/4" give your options of thickness for a perfect fit on a slide out subflooring. A 13’ board that is 1" thick averages 104 lbs. It is just under 8 lbs a linear foot. Measurements of length are within an ⅛” due to blade thickness. Length and width are measured to within 1/8" due to saw blade thickness on stock boards.
